WHOLEHEARTED:  A DOG'S TALE

These series of portraits were first created in reaction to the events following Hurricane Maria in my birthplace, Puerto Rico, as I searched for joy in the midst of all the turmoil. They explore the human-animal bond, inner beauty, and how in moments of tragedy and uncertainty, a dog can be healing, bring comfort, and joy.
